Our 5.8mm Cr20Ni80 nichrome round wire (equivalent to NiCr8020) focuses on enhanced high resistivity — the key differentiation from ordinary nichrome wires. Unlike standard products, we optimize the alloy smelting process to make the resistivity stable at 1.09 μΩ·m (error ≤±0.01 μΩ·m), 5% higher than ordinary Cr20Ni80 wires. With a standard 5.8mm diameter (tolerance ±0.03mm, higher than industry standard) and uniform cross-section, it ensures efficient energy conversion, fast heating and stable temperature. Made of high-purity nickel (Bal) and chromium (20-23%), it has enhanced high-temperature oxidation resistance and mechanical strength, suitable for long-term continuous operation of industrial heating equipment.
